Rishi and Ollie celebrated their wedding at Spring Mill Distillery, a unique wedding venue located along the Speed River in Guelph, Ontario. Home to John Sleeman & Sons, the historic distillery produces Canadian spirits, including rye and single malt whisky, making it a distinctive setting for their wedding day. They held their ceremony inside one of the venue’s rooms, surrounded by their closest family and friends.
A Music-Inspired Wedding at John Sleeman & Sons
The entire wedding had a fun, relaxed atmosphere that really reflected Rishi and Ollie. They are both music lovers, so they incorporated small music-inspired details throughout the day, including vinyl records as part of the décor. Music continued to be a big part of the celebration during the reception, with the DJ playing great tunes and keeping everyone on the dance floor.

After the ceremony, we explored the property for Rishi and Ollie’s couple wedding photos. The historic architecture, industrial details, and areas surrounding the distillery gave us plenty of variety for their portraits without having to leave the venue.
